Brisbane Airport

Design, supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance and support

Overview

In June 2012, Daifuku Airport Technologies deployed the company’s first fully-automatic self-service bag drop in Brisbane. Passengers on Jetstar’s domestic flights were the first to experience the self-service bag drop deployment. Since this time, Daifuku’s SBDs have been expanded to additional airlines flying domestic and international routes with the final installation in 2018. Today, over 40 Daifuku SBDs have been integrated across various terminals within Brisbane Airport.
